About Drift Store
Made here.
Never left.
Pakistani factories cut and sew for brands the whole world wears. When an export order closes, what is left over stays here — extra units run to cover defects, a shipment cancelled late, approval samples that were never meant for sale. Brand-new garments with nowhere to go. Drift Store started by buying one of those lots.
We sorted it on a folding table, shot it against a bedsheet and sold it in a weekend. The premise has not changed: buy the surplus whole, check every unit by hand, say exactly where it came from, and price it at export-line rates instead of retail ones.
The process
How we source
We buy the lot
Completed export orders leave surplus behind — extra units, cancelled shipments, end-of-run stock sitting in a factory store. We take the whole lot rather than cherry-picking, which is how the pricing stays where it is.
We open every carton
Every unit comes out and gets checked. Stitching, sizing, print alignment, hardware. Anything that would not pass the buyer it was made for does not get listed.
We say where it came from
Export surplus, factory overrun, factory sample or branded original — every product page states which one, in plain words. Never "export quality", which describes a standard and tells you nothing about origin.
We shoot the actual unit
Photos are of the stock we hold, not borrowed brand imagery. What is in the picture is what arrives, and the stock number on the page is the real one.
The vocabulary
Four kinds
of new
Left over from a completed export order. Made to the buyer’s spec, never shipped, never sold.
Extra units run past the ordered quantity. Same line, same factory, same day.
Made for buyer approval before a run is signed off. Unworn, usually one size only.
Sourced brand new from the brand or an authorised stockist. Not surplus — just priced better.
Every product page names one of these four. All four mean the same thing where it counts: brand new, unworn, and never sold to anybody before you.
What we actually believe
No mission statement
Everything is new
Nothing on this site has had an owner. It is unworn stock that stayed in the country instead of leaving it — which is a supply chain story, not a condition story.
Small runs, real scarcity
A surplus lot is finite. When we say a size is gone, it is gone — there is no reorder to place. No fake countdowns on stock we could restock tomorrow.
Export prices, locally
The same garment the brand shipped abroad, without the retail markup stacked on top. You are paying closer to what it cost to make.

Enough talking. Go look.
Runs are small and there are no restocks. What is on the site today is what we hold.
