Refund & Return Policy

Please review this with the shop's details before launch — it describes how the site is actually built, but it is not legal advice.
The short version
Seven days, unworn, tags still on. Tell us within seven days of your parcel arriving and we will take it back.
What we can accept
The item must be in the condition it arrived in: unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached and the packaging intact. Everything we sell is brand new, and it has to still be brand new when it comes back.
What we cannot accept
- Anything worn, washed or altered.
- Anything with the tags removed.
- Items returned more than seven days after delivery.
Why we usually cannot swap a size
We buy export surplus in whole lots, and a lot is whatever sizes the original order left behind. When a size sells out there is no restock. So instead of an exchange, we refund the return and you reorder — as long as the size you want is still showing as in stock. Check the size guide on the product page before you order; it is there for exactly this reason.
If we sent the wrong thing
If the item is faulty, or is not what you ordered, that is on us. Message us with your order number and a photo. We cover the return cost and you get a full refund including delivery.
How refunds are paid
Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer — we will ask for your account details when the return is approved. Bank transfer orders are refunded to the account the payment came from.
Refunds are sent within seven working days of the item reaching us and passing a check.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge is not refunded on a change-of-mind return, and the cost of sending the item back to us is yours. If the fault is ours, both are on us.
Where an advance delivery charge was paid to confirm a cash on delivery order, that amount is treated the same way as any other delivery charge.
How to start a return
Contact us within seven days with your order number and what is wrong. Do not send anything back before we have replied — we need to confirm the return address first, and an unannounced parcel can go missing.
