How COD works at Drift Store, and why we sometimes ask for the delivery charge before dispatch.
You pay the rider in cash when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is dispatched until we have confirmed the order with you by phone, so there are no surprise deliveries.
The advance delivery charge
On some orders we ask for the delivery charge before the parcel goes out. It confirms the order is real and covers the courier if a parcel is refused at the door. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you commit, and it comes off the balance you pay the rider.
Paying by bank transfer instead
If you would rather settle up front, pick bank transfer at checkout. The account details appear there, and you can add your transfer reference so we can match the payment quickly.
