What export surplus actually means
Stock notes · 1 September 2026 · Drift Store Admin

The phrase gets used loosely. Here is exactly what it is, where it comes from, and why every piece is brand new.
Pakistani factories cut and sew for brands the whole world wears. When an export order closes, what is left over stays here — extra units run to cover defects, a shipment that was cancelled late, approval samples that were never meant for sale.
Nothing here has had an owner
Every piece is unworn stock that stayed in the country instead of leaving it, which makes this a supply-chain story rather than a condition story. Every product page names which of the four types it is: export surplus, factory overrun, factory sample or branded original.
Why it costs less than the mall
You are buying from the same production run without the retail markup, the freight and the store margin stacked on top. It is the identical garment at export-line pricing.
What the catch is
Runs are small and finite. When a size is gone there is no reorder to place, which is why we tell you the exact stock on every page rather than pretending otherwise.
